Rapid Androgen Disruption Adverse outcome Reporter assay (RADAR)

The RADAR test is listed in the ECHA/EFSA Guidance Document for the identification of endocrine disruptors and is also listed within the OECD framework.
Tests are performed on whole organisms (Medaka eggs), exposed in vitro for 72h or 96h.

Alternative method replacing animal testing. Performed at an early eleuthero-embryonic stage.
